A few weeks ago we witnessed the violent abuse of kids in Darwin’s Don Dale Juvenile Detention Centre. We saw young Dylan Voller, then a child of only 13, being stripped naked, struck by guards and hooded for hours while being strapped into a chair. To make this travesty worse, we now know that this sort of abuse of children is going on right across the country.The 7:30 Report last night uncovered the mistreatment of kids in Queensland youth detention centres.
