- UPDATED: Urge Congress to Stop the Trump Administration Murdering People in Latin America and the Caribbean. The U.S. military's repeated air strikes targeting unidentified boats in Latin America and the Caribbean have as of writing now killed at least 66 people. These strikes are illegal under international human rights law, unconscionable, and dangerous. The use of lethal force in this context has no justification. No government should have the power to kill without accountability.
