and deepening repression of students and academics in Iran’s system of
higher education based on gender, religious belief, and political
persuasion. It provides comprehensive recommendations including but not
limited to: Rights to Higher Education and Academic Freedom for
everyone, Freedom of Expression, Association and Assembly, Stop
