At the time of writing the report, Baroness Kennedy states that Saudi Arabia was already known to have carried out at least 134 executions this year.
Her report, titled "A Perverse and Ominous Enterprise: The Death Penalty and Illegal Executions in Saudi Arabia" is a deeply troubling read.
