Change.org petition update
Jul 7, 2015 — It is with great joy that we inform you of good news we have received from Iran. With continued presence of Ms. Nasrin Sotoudeh, the foremost Iranian Human Rights Lawyer, in front of Iran’s Bar association for the last nine months, protesting the verdict against her right to work and with the slogan “Right to Work and right to dissent” the Islamic Republic of Iran has been forced to lower the verdict from 3 year to 9 months.
We would like to thank all who have given their support to this just cause either by signing the petition or participating in the activities to support her cause.
Needless to say our work has just begun!
