Tonight Raif could be pulled
out of of his cell into the biggest public square in Jeddah and flogged
again. He only just survived the first 50 - lashes that cut up his back
so badly that he was too ill to have the next 50 administered. Raif was
sentenced to 1000 lashes which are to spread out in blocks of 50 each
