"In the last nine days approximately 11,000 people have crossed the border from Venezuela to the Department of Norte de Santander, Colombia which has caused a humanitarian crisis. More than 15 UN officials in Cucuta, together with the support of local partners, are dedicated to working hand in hand with national and local authorities to respond to the needs of the population deported and those that have returned under intense pressure"
