Ireland: Ask Ireland to decriminalise abortion - ONLINE PETITION & VIDEO

Amnesty International UK
"In Ireland a woman cannot terminate her pregnancy. If she has been raped or the foetus has no chance of survival, she must still carry it to term.
The price of having an abortion in Ireland? 14 years in prison. For accessing healthcare that a woman desperately needs.
Ireland’s ban on abortion is punishing women, and chaining them to a different time.
It doesn’t have to be this way."

When Helen and Graham found out the foetus Helen was carrying would not survive, they were devastated. Terminating the pregnancy was the only option.

In Ireland, Graham's homeland, Helen would be sent to jail for having that operation.
