Amnesty International USAAccording to UNICEF, more than 7,000 Palestinian children in the occupied West Bank have been arrested or detained by Israeli security forces since 2003. Many have been subjected to ill-treatment. U.S. Representative Betty McCollum has written a letter to Secretary Kerry calling on the U.S. to make the human rights of Palestinian children a top priority.
