I am reaching out with an update on the Executive Director search. The search committee (see list of members below), has been working diligently with our executive search partners, Koya Leadership Partners, to review and interview a cohort of strong candidates. Our finalists will go through a series of interviews late this month and early next month, culminating in a final round interview with the Board of Directors on September 10th. We have an obligation to protect the privacy of these finalists, so their names and materials are strictly confidential throughout the process.
I have attached the Evaluation Rubric and Interview Questions for your review. Please review these questions and let us know if there are other questions that you'd like the candidates to respond to during these final steps. These questions are based on the round of consultations we did early on in the process with member leaders, staff and Board.
