If this goes ahead, it could be the biggest roll-back of human rights in the UK's history.
The plan to scrap the Act is a threat not just to us here in the UK, but to everyone still fighting for The Human Rights Act is an invisible safety net for everyone. It’s been used by rape survivors whose cases haven’t been properly investigated by the police, disabled people to get an adequate level of care – and many, many more.
