The
Amnesty International reports from Nigeria have exposed the horrific massacre
in Baga. The weekly floggings of Raif Badawi continue. The outrage over the
killing of cartoonists in Paris and the backlash against Islam has dominated
the news this week. With the world in such turmoil, it is easy to give up hope
but that's not what Amnesty International is about. We are about making our
voices heard and about taking action. Our Weekly Update includes petitions and
news items posted from this week but our website includes more petitions, more
news items, more videos, and more events. Take time today to take action and to
