From Amnesty International - Canada Facebook Page Jan 17, 2015 "Amnesty's submission to the upcoming session of the UN Committee on Enforced Disappearances criticizes lack of political will on the part of the highest federal and state authorities in Mexico to effectively address an exponential increase in reports of disappearances. Concludes the submission: "The president´s announcement on 27 November about the adoption of a series of measures to address the security crisis do not seem to address the root causes, including the alarming levels of impunity."
