On
December 3, 1984, a toxic gas filled with deadly chemicals leaked from
the Union Carbide pesticide plant in Bhopal, India. It was one of the
world’s most devastating industrial disasters. Today,
more than three decades later, survivors of the disaster are still
struggling for justice. It is estimated that more than 20,000 people
have died as a result of the leak. Hundreds of thousands more suffer
from ongoing health issues. Click here to support the survivors and call on President Obama and Prime Minister Modi to take action for survivors of the disaster in Bhopal.
