Hong Kong: Police Must Respect And Protect The Human Rights Of Peaceful Protesters - ONLINE PETITIONS

Hundreds of peaceful protesters continue their pro-democracy sit-ins but face attacks by counter demonstrators. Amnesty International has first-hand accounts of women and girls being physically attacked and threatened, while police stood by and did nothing.

Hong Kong police have failed in their duty to protect peaceful protesters. Government authorities must ensure the rights to freedom of expression and peaceful assembly for all. Incidents of violence must be effectively investigated, and those who commit human rights abuses must be brought to justice!
