this month, and for the first time in history, leaders of the
Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, and Jewish faiths made a joint
declaration to end slavery. Whether
you have religious belief or not, getting the word out that the world’s
major faiths have united in this way sends a powerful message that can
