Thank You for Your Leadership
What
a year it’s been! From Hong Kong to Ferguson, activists are on the move
demanding justice and dignity in their communities. Whether it’s been
in towns across the country writing letters for one of the most
successful Write for Rights in years, or marching in Atlanta, New York,
Ferguson, Chicago, Oakland, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., or anywhere
else, Amnesty International activists are making our voices heard
demanding a better tomorrow.
We look forward to a 2015 filled with human rights victories, an ever
growing and connected movement of member leaders and activists, and a
membership base that is advancing human rights at home and abroad. For
our 2015 AGM, we are bringing your voices and people power to the
streets of New York, the city that has been home to AIUSA’s
headquarters and at the forefront of grassroots struggles for justice,
equity and dignity.
