Greetings Everyone!
Have a wonderful week.!

Earlier this week our group was sent the
Sister Laola Hironaka Honorable Mention Award
Certificate from Amnesty International USA. We are certainly honored. It
is your dedication and commitment to human rights that have made our
efforts so successful. Together we are sharing information and taking
action. A click on an online petition, a handwritten letter, a greeting
card at Nowruz, your photo holding a sign of support, sharing posts on
Facebook, retweeting tweets, and passing on fact-based human rights news
items are just some of the ways we have worked together to promote and
protect human rights and individuals at home and around the world. Time
to celebrate!
Note: We would also like to congratulate the Amnesty International Chicago
group for winning the Sister Laola Hironaka Award. One of our AI Madison
Group #139 members, Angie Hougas, is also a member of their group.
Congratulations to them and to Angie (who is also on the AIUSA Board).
If you are in Madison, WI in the next couple of weeks, don't miss these
