Two
Libyan men, Mo’ad Mohammad al-Hashmi and ‘Adel Rajeb Nasif, were
arrested by United Arab Emirates (UAE) security officials in September
2014. A third Libyan man, ‘Issa al-Manna’, was arrested on or around 12
March 2015. The three men have been subjected to enforced disappearance
and may be at risk of torture or other ill-treatment.
