After enduring 15 hours of this savage attack, a blindfolded Yecenia signed a confession that she never even read. Despite independent medical evidence proving that Yecenia was in fact tortured, her so-called ‘confession’ remains the only proof of her involvement in the murder. A crime she insists she did not commit.
Yecenia has spent three years in prison and the prosecution has failed to present any evidence of the crime she is accused of. She should be at home with her children and not in a prison cell.
