Write for Rights 2015: Write a Letter. Change a Life: December 4-18, 2015 (or RIGHT NOW!)

We need you to spread the word and write letters. 8,415 people have already pledged to write letters for human rights. Help us reach our goal of 15,000 participants. For information about this year's Write for Rights Campaign, click here

Here are the two cases that we are highlighting this week!
  • #3 Rania & Her Family: Syria: In 2013, Syrian government agents came to the home of Rania Alabbasi, a successful dentist and mother of six, and took her and her family away. No reason was given, and none of them has been heard from since.
  • #4 Waleed Abu Al-Khair: Saudi Arabia: Human rights lawyer Waleed Abu al-Khair was jailed for 15 years under a cruel terrorism law in Saudi Arabia. He has defended many peaceful activists, including jailed blogger Raif Badawi, and has challenged the widespread crackdown on human rights across the country. Waleed is a Prisoner of Conscience.
