Over a year ago we were shattered by Indonesia’s execution of eight men, including Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran. Not only did we mourn the loss of life, but the triumph of cruelty over redemption. Just this week we saw two more death row prisoners moved to Nusakambangan prison island where 14 prisons are awaiting their fate by firing squad. All of the prisoners' families have been suspended from visiting them in their final hours as the Indonesian authorities prepare for the executions.
